Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Service Account Assistant to support our account operations and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients. This role plays a key part in maintaining service standards managing account-related tasks and supporting overall client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of client accounts

  • Support account representatives with administrative and operational tasks

  • Maintain accurate records documentation and account updates

  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments
