What youll be doing

Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Rockhampton. In this permanent full-time role (Monday to Friday) youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting operational success.

The key responsibilities of this dynamic role will include but not be limited to:

Delivering a highquality costeffective service that exceeds customer expectations and consistently achieves zero customer complaints.
Monitoring all jobs to ensure optimal quality accuracy and operational efficiency.
Managing and following up on all rework writeoff and goodwill requests in a timely and thorough manner.
Accurately entering and maintaining all required documentation within AX.
Ensuring all labour hours are correctly recorded daily and promptly addressing any missing or inaccurate entries.
Effectively managing SIP/WIP and providing accurate forecasting of invoicing expectations.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication skills with a genuine customer focus.
Strong time management skills to keep jobs on track.
Committed to always maintaining high workplace health and safety standards.
Experience working within a service and warehousing orientated environment.
Knowledge of CAT / HDAL products and services would be beneficial but not essential.
