As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients and customers. Your main duties will include answering inquiries resolving complaints and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner adaptable and able to think on their feet.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
