About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Business Partner (TABP) acts as a strategic advisor to the business leading end-to-end recruitment for Mexico and other Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America. You will work closely with Mexico leadership and hiring managers to deliver high-quality end-to-end recruitment across business units and support functions.
You will act as a trusted advisor combining hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic workforce insight ensuring the site is staffed with the right talent to meet current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional managerial and senior roles across Mexico and other Spanish-speaking LATAM countries
Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce plans hiring needs and talent strategies
Provide market intelligence on talent availability compensation trends and competitor activity in LATAM
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct search networking referrals and external partners when needed
Manage and influence stakeholders through data-driven insights hiring progress updates and recommendations
Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with employer brand standards
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies across supported countries
Coach hiring managers on interview techniques assessment and selection decisions
Contribute to regional and global TA initiatives process improvements and TA projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
Experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to LATAM markets specially in pharma industry
Proven experience recruiting in Mexico and at least one additional Spanish-speaking LATAM country
Experience hiring across multiple functions (e.g. commercial corporate technical)
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
Skills & Competencies
Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency required
Strong knowledge of LATAM labor markets hiring practices and cultural nuances
Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating in a global TA environment
Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
Excellent communication influencing and negotiation skills
Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving approach
Preferred Experience
Experience recruiting in multinational or matrix organizations specially in pharma industry as a plus.
