Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY: NXP Semiconductors is seeking a visionary execution-focused IT Project Manager responsible for planning executing and delivering projects on time within scope and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams managing stakeholders and ensuring adherence to project management best practices aligning projects with business and IT strategies prioritizing initiatives monitoring portfolio health and managing financials and risks. This role ensures adherence to PMO standards manages project governance and drives successful implementation of technology solutions across the organization. This role will report to the Digital Infrastructure PMO Lead with key responsibilities including collaboration with other functions and leaders to leverage data for strategic decision-making operational efficiency and innovation with AI Responsibilities:Project Planning & ExecutionDefine project scope objectives and deliverables for IT detailed project plans schedules and budgets using PMO cross-functional teams including developers system admins and business & ComplianceEnsure projects comply with IT security data privacy and regulatory documentation and reporting in line with PMO & Issue ManagementIdentify technical risks and implement mitigation dependencies between infrastructure applications and third-party CommunicationProvide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project meetings and ensure alignment between IT and business ImprovementContribute to PMO process enhancements and adoption of Agile/DevOps team members on IT project management best :Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.6 years in IT project/program management PMP PMI-ACP or ITIL certification in project management tools (Jira MS Project ServiceNow SPM Time Cards).Knowledge of IT systems networking cloud platforms (AWS Azure).Strong understanding of Agile Waterfall and hybrid working with global teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management analytical and problem-solving with IT compliance standards (ISO SOC GDPR)#LI-7013
