Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management with at least 3 years in a technical or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards regulations and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects preferably in the real estate or general contracting sector.
- Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
- Project management expertise including scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.
- Technical proficiency in construction design engineering and execution.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Risk management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
