Role Overview
As an Enterprise Account Manager ANZ you willbe responsible fordeveloping and expanding Minitabs strategic enterprise customer base across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead complex consultative sales engagements focused on enterprise-wide Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives working with senior business operational and technical stakeholders.
This role is suited to an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong engineering or technical background and a proventrack recordselling quality manufacturing or enterprise software solutions into large complex organisations. You will position Minitab as a long-term CQI partner helping customers drive measurable improvements in quality efficiency compliance and operational performance.

Who Are We Seeking
You are an experienced enterprise sales professional who brings:
- Strong technical and engineering credibility with the ability to engage confidently with quality leaders engineers operations managers IT leaders and executives
- Enterprise SaaS or software sales experience ideally within quality manufacturing industrial or operational excellence domains
- A proven record of success managing long complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Experience selling solutions that support process improvement quality systems risk reduction or operational performance
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align Minitabs CQI solutions to enterprise-level transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Develop and execute account and territory plans for large enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand
- New Business & Expansion: Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing enterprise relationships through cross-sell and upsell of Minitabs growing CQI platform including Simul8 Prolink and Scytec solutions
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer quality operational and compliance challenges positioning Minitab as a trusted CQI partner delivering measurable business outcomes
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with executive sponsors quality leaders operations teams and technical stakeholders
- Collaboration: Partner closely with sales engineering professional services customer success and marketing to deliver cohesive enterprise solutions
- Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintainaccuratepipeline visibility forecasting and CRM discipline to meet or exceed revenue targets
Qualifications
- 8 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience with demonstrated success selling into large complex organisations in the ANZ market
- Background selling quality improvement manufacturing operational excellence or technically complex enterprise software solutions
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Science or a related technical discipline strongly preferred
- Strong commercial acumen negotiation skills and executive-level communication capabilities
- Ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand as required
