Whatyoulldo

Manage centralized nationalLoanOperationsservices

Lead adynamic team ofspecialists andanalysts providing direction and guidance

Lead the development and enhancement of Loan Operationstools including developing new processes and effectively managing change

Partner with other business units to ensure Loan Operationstools and processes work seamlessly with their equivalents

Monitor performance standards and quality control

Contribute to the strategic direction ofLoan Operations

Whatyoullbring to the team

Requiredqualifications:

Abachelors degree inadministrationor business

Minimumofsixyears ofrelatedexperience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

Experience inafinancial institution orinlending solutions

Leadership experience including coachingmentoringand developing team members to improve performance or achieve measurable results and experience in managing change

Extensiveexperiencebuilding processes anddefiningtechnical solutions

In-depth knowledge of loan processing policies processes and procedures and an understanding of financial services
Advanced proficiency in both offical languages (English and French)
