What you will be doing:
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations across all outlets ensuring smooth execution and alignment with brand standards
- Support Outlet Managers and Supervisors through hands-on leadership coaching and operational guidance
- Monitor service quality guest feedback and satisfaction metrics implementing corrective actions as required
- Assist with scheduling labor management and payroll accuracy to meet business and productivity targets
- Support inventory management operating par levels and purchasing controls
- Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and brand standards across all outlets
- Conduct regular outlet walk-throughs and audits to maintain quality cleanliness and atmosphere
- Support onboarding training and ongoing development of colleagues
- Collaborate with Culinary Stewarding and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Communicate daily priorities business levels and operational updates to outlet leadership teams
- Assist in executing promotions events and special initiatives
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management and/or Food & Beverage Management preferred
- Minimum 35 years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations preferably within a luxury or upscale hotel environment
- Experience supporting multiple outlets and high-volume operations
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced diverse environment
- Proficiency with systems such as Micros Avero and Microsoft Office or similar platforms an asset
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Experience in a luxury hotel or Forbes-rated environment considered an asset

Your team and working environment:
You will work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage Outlet Managers Culinary leaders and Supervisors supporting frontline teams across all Food & Beverage operations. Together you will ensure consistent service standards operational efficiency and a positive engaging workplace culture.
