Scoping Manager
Responsible for leading a scoping team in CXS Japan.
Responsible for selling the companys services through Account Directors team to end-user customers in assigned geographic territory industry or accounts. Supports ADs to develop new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory industry or product segment. Manages the scoping team who represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.

Job Description:
As a member of the Sales Division you will be a part of a CXS team.
This position is responsible for driving sales of VMware Cloud Foundation solutions into a defined set of existing large enterprise customers.
Were looking for experienced sales managers with impact in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Scope negotiate and close contracts to exceed all targets.
Establish access and create positive business relationships with key executives and senior-level decision makers including the CISO Head of CDO CIO CTO LOB Head etc.
Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to drive product adoption in target accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and territory plans.
Regular forecasting of business opportunities to Sales and executive leadership.
Responsible for staying well-informed about product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. This includes interacting with Product Management on an ongoing basis to stay updated.
