Salesforceの公共ビジネス事業開発本部Public Sector Business Development: PSBDは公共のお客様がSalesforceプラットフォームを最大限に活用し組織目標を達成できるよう各部門と連携し公共領域中央省庁地方自治体非営利団体などにおける事業開発プランの立案およびその実行を担当しています
職務概要
本ポジションは PSBD本部において公共ビジネスの戦略立案と案件獲得を推進するための中核となるお客様やお客様のプロジェクトに関する情報のAIを通した利活用を進めることを目的としています公共領域は非構造化情報が溢れておりこれらの情報の収集および利活用が急務である一方でAIを通してマニュアルのデータ収集と活用を超えた次世代のデータの利活用を目指しています 公共領域におけるビジネス開発にはお客様情報の収集とデータの利活用が必須でありセールスフォースの公共ビジネス拡大に貢献する重要な役割となります
主な役割と責任
本部長および担当の指示に基づき主に以下の業務を遂行していただく予定です
公共機関に所属する見込み顧客情報公共機関の政策施策情報の収集の自動化
収集した情報のクレンジングと分析
生成された情報のAIへの接続と戦略情報の抽出
必須スキルと経験
指示理解業務遂行能力与えられた指示を正確に理解し自律的に業務を遂行できる方
AIの利活用を可能とした経験
構造化データ非構造化データの管理と分析AIへの接続を可能とした経験
タスクスケジュール管理能力タスクを整理し複数のプロジェクトやミーティングを効率的に管理する能力
情報収集能力Pythonなどを用いてウェブ上の情報を自動で収集しとりまとめる能力
コミュニケーション能力関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
ITツール活用能力Microsoft Office SuiteGoogle Workspaceなどの一般的なツールに加え一般的なタスク管理ツール例NotionAsanaTrelloなどの使用経験がある方
日本語のスキル流暢
望ましい条件
電話やメールによるお客様とのコミュニケーション経験
AIを活用した業務効率化の経験
論理的で分かりやすい資料や議事録を作成する能力
プロジェクトマネジメントまたは業務改善に関する実務経験
補足 お客様に対する直接的な支援業務は行う予定はありません
新しいテクノロジーを学習し業務に適用することを積極的に取りくめること
