--職務内容--
External Relations & Site Services (ER&SS)チームの一員として主にGrant(政府助成金)のプロジェクト管理を担当する

政府からの助成金を得るための資料準備や実績確認の監査の資料準備などを他部門と協力し合い業務を遂行する
各種書類や対象装置の搬入状況などの進捗管理や他部門への効率的な指示やサポートを行い滞りなくプロジェクトを遂行する事を期待するまた助成金だけに限らずSPMOとして他のプロジェクトに関しても同様に関わる可能性もある

--担当責任と業務--

定期的にプロジェクト及びプログラムパフォーマンスのアップデートを提供する

プログラムとプロジェクトの実行が計画に伴った予定で確実に行なわれる様に管理する

プログラムプロジェクトのタイムラインを設定し適切なツールを用いてマイルストーン節目を記録する

重要なステークホルダー全員とコミュニケーションを取ってフィードバックを要請し前向きな関係を保つ

規模プランビジネスルール方針および手順を含むプログラム変更を管理コントロールする

プロジェクトチームと協力しプロジェクトリスクを特定し解決策の評価を行う

必要な書類の作成やエリア作成の書類についてチェックを行う

--要件--
学歴(必須)
学士号もしくはそれに値するエンジニアリング科学または財務の分野での実務経験がある方

--職務経験(必須)--
以下いずれかの環境において2年間以上の職務経験がある方
Fabオペレーションエンジニアリング全般
プログラム及びプロジェクトマネジメント

--要求される能力全て満たしている必要は無い--
製造エンジニアリングプロセスシステムにおいて経験及び理解力がある
自発的で最小の監督下でも効率的に業務を行う事ができる
高い分析力を持ち複雑な情報を簡易にまとめ説明ができる
同僚と自由に協働する事ができオープンかつ明白なコミュニケーションを取る事ができる
書面口頭においての高いコミュニケーション力
優秀なチームワークスキルおよび高いマルチタスキング複数業務処理能力
卓越したプロジェクトタイムマネジメントスキル及び優先付けのスキルを明示する能力
強い影響力があり機能横断型グループ問題を解決へと推進した経験がある
各種日本語による書類作成のための日本語文章力
