TBAM Account Managerとは
- 既存のアカウントをもつ販売事業者様への出品数拡大売上拡大のサポートがメイン業務担当社数や扱うプログラムが多く各種データを分析しながら効率よく提案を行う必要があるため営業戦略の立案やデータ分析のスキルが身につきます生産性向上のためのAI Solutionを積極的に導入しています
- 売上規模の大きいアカウントへの1by1 Approachから中小規模アカウントへのMass Approachまで営業形態は様々Mass mail/WebinarなどB2B Marketingの要素もあり幅広いSales経験が可能
- 新規サービスのLaunch時にはProduct teamやMarketing teamなど社内のStakeholderと連携し販売事業者様への導入を推進します

Key job responsibilities
- 顧客である販売事業者を深く理解し継続的な関係を構築する
- 販売事業様の売上拡大に寄与するさまざまな機能を提案する特にFBA出品数拡大とプロモーションイベントにおける売上拡大それに関わるプロダクトサービスの提案
- 他TeamやStakeholderと連携しながらBusiness Impactを計測し解決策を実行Leadする
- AIを積極的に活用し営業活動の効率化を推進する

- 50%出品数拡大および売上拡大のKPI達成
- 25%他TeamやStakeholderとの協業によるプロジェクト遂行POC活動
- 10%社内ミーティング
- 5%AI活用やTraining等のSelf Learning
About the team
TBAMManager1名Account Manager 4名
ライフレジャー事業部全体約50名
- Bachelors degree
- 4 years of sales or account management experience
- Knowledge of Excel skills to be able to refine data and prepare business reports
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese
- Experience in oral and written communication in English
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience in Account Management Sales Vendor Management Business Development E-Commerce Retail Consulting Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Operations or Shared Service Operations
