Livingston County Community Mental Health is seeking a dynamic Customer Service & Training Coordinator to lead our agencys client satisfaction and training this vital role you will be the driving force behind enhancing service delivery and fostering an exceptional consumer experience.
As the Customer Service & Training Coordinator you will coordinate all training for staff consumers and community partners. You will develop engaging curriculum organize training logistics and facilitate educational sessions. Your expertise will be critical in building capacity across the agency to provide compassionate person-centered care.
This multifaceted position will allow you to spearhead a wide range of quality improvement activities. You will administer consumer satisfaction surveys analyze data and leverage feedback to refine programming to address areas of opportunity. You will also be responsible to coordinate the Consumer Action Panel and Annual Town Hall meeting to elevate the consumer voice.
You will serve as the point person for addressing client inquiries complaints and feedback. Upholding consumer rights will be paramount as you inform individuals of their appeal rights and support navigation of the appeals process. Other key areas of focus will be anti-stigma education and facilitating team building with internal and external partners along with representing the agency in the community.

Qualifications and Experience:
Program Coordinator I: Bachelors degree in social work psychology counseling or a related field. If degree in social work licensure as LBSW or LLBSW required. If licensed at LLBSW level individual must obtain full LBSW within two years of hire.
Program Coordinator II: Masters degree in social work psychology counseling or related field.
If degree is in Social Work must be a Michigan Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW).
If degree is in Counseling must be a Michigan Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
If degree is in Psychology must be a Michigan Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) or Michigan Licensed Psychologist (LP).
Possession of a valid Michigan drivers license.
Prior experience in customer service and administrative areas is desired. You must possess strong organizational skills communication abilities attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
