FT Service Lead Sebastopol
Job Summary
- Motivate and influence the customer service team through personal actions and examples.
- Facilitate customer service team results by communicating job expectations; train coach and provide direction to Sales Associates in accordance with SPARCs policies and procedures and manager direction.
- Develop and maintain rapport with staff from all departments.
- Facilitate highest quality customer service; respond to member and non-member inquiries via phone or walk-ins; follow up with members requests or inquiries promptly and efficiently; resolve non-standard complaints.
- Build improve and maintain effective relationships with members vendors visitors and overall community; maintain composure and professionalism in dealing with authorities executives members vendors staff and the public occasionally under conditions of urgency and high-pressure situations.
- Train dispensary teams to create an environment focused on member service and education; communicate availability of dispensary products to staff.
- Reconcile all inventory cash and client records daily; follow strict controls to protect dispensarys assets i.e. cannabis cash building security etc.
- Perform regular quality assurance audits and provide feedback to Dispensary Manager; i.e. dispensary standards safety sanitization etc.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in all departments.
- Responsible for projects assignments and tasks.
- Perform other related work as required in all departments.

Required Skills:
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge Skills and Abilities Available to work varied hours/days including nights weekends holidays and/or city events. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Personal knowledge of medicinal effects of cannabis to self and others. Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. One year experience referred prior security guard and customer service experience required. Experience in the medical cannabis industry is highly desirable but not required. Bi-lingual Spanish speaker highly desirable. Must be eligible to obtain a California Guard Card. Must be 21 years old and pass criminal background check. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work requires prolonged sitting and/or standing up to six (6) hours some bending stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a radio and other equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record prepare and communicate appropriate reports. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in a busy cannabis dispensary. The dispensary area is very loud due to fans and filtration systems fluctuating between extreme cold and hot temperatures. Involves frequent contact with staff and the public. Must have a strong comfort level to interact with members and co-workers as well as local law enforcement. Work may be stressful at times and may include dealing with difficult people. Available to work varied hours/days including nights weekends holidays and/or city events. CERTIFICATES/LICENSES: None.
