The purpose of this position is to coordinate and manage the student academic records process.
Student file and database administration
Transfer and replace existing students where necessary
Student registrations and tracking
Academic admin and progression reports
Graduation administration
Assessment administration
Student and lecturer administrative support
Text book and apparel stock control and administration
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Tertiary qualification beneficial
A minimum of 1 year in an administrative role in the academic sector
Experience in the hospitality industry beneficial
Essential Skills:
Knowledge of administrative compliance within the educational sector
Very strong admin background
Understanding of academic record keeping
Strong computer literacy
Qualities:
Passion for the companys mission
Positive attitude and endurance
Extreme attention to detail
Organised efficient and accurate in performance.
