Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Administrator to join our team on a hybrid basis with two days per week in the office. The successful candidate will support the finance function by ensuring accurate administration effective communication and proper handling of financial documentation


Minimum Requirements
  • NQF Level 5 qualification in Administration or a related field
  • Strong administrative and financial support experience
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Processing and managing Purchase Orders (PO numbers) and Order Numbers
  • Capturing tracking and reconciling financial documentation
  • Assisting with invoicing and general finance administration
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Liaising with suppliers internal departments and management
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team
Required Qualities and Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Professional reliable and deadline-drive
