Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about healthcare innovation medical technology and building impactful partnerships. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities engaging stakeholders and supporting strategic initiatives in the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients partners and new opportunities in healthcare and life sciences.
  • Support the sales and business development team in preparing proposals presentations and commercial offers.
  • Engage with doctors hospitals and healthcare providers to promote our solutions and services.
  • Assist in client onboarding relationship management and post-sales support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations product and technical teams) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Track industry trends competitor activities and regulatory updates to contribute to business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of leads opportunities and client interactions.


Requirements

Requirements
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering Biotechnology Life Sciences Healthcare Management or related fields.
  • 02 years of experience in business development sales or client engagement (internships/projects also considered).
  • Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in healthcare technology and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
