We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented and nbsp;Business Development Manager and nbsp;with experience in B2B software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our software solutions including CRM HRMS Email Systems WhatsApp Automation and Accounting Software and nbsp;to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
and nbsp;
1. Lead Generation and amp; Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn cold calling and networking
- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients (SMEs start-ups and corporates)
and nbsp;
2. Client Communication and amp; Requirement Understanding
- Connect with decision-makers and understand their business needs
- Suggest suitable software solutions based on client requirements
3. Product Presentation and amp; Demo
- Conduct product demos and presentations for clients
- Clearly explain features benefits and value proposition of each software
and nbsp;
4. Sales and amp; Revenue Generation
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
and nbsp;
5. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
and nbsp;
6. Market Research and amp; Strategy
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
- Suggest improvements in pricing positioning and sales strategy
and nbsp;
7. Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales reports pipeline updates and CRM data
and nbsp;
Key Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B Sales / Software Sales / SaaS Sales
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in selling CRM HRMS ERP or similar software solutions preferred
- Ability to handle multiple clients and close deals independently
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Basic understanding of business processes (HR Sales Finance)

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in IT / SaaS / Software industry
- Familiarity with tools like CRM systems LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
