About the Role:
As a Senior Brand Manager you will be the custodian of IIDEs brand across categories audiences and campuses. You will define and execute brand strategy lead integrated campaigns and teams and ensure that brand building directly contributes to business growth.
This role requires a strong strategic lens hands-on execution ability and comfort operating at the intersection of brand performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Own brand communication and visibility across social media PR influencers events partnerships and campus activations
Lead integrated brand campaigns from idea to execution across digital and offline channels across all consumer-facing touchpoints
Define content strategy and storytelling direction; drive execution through in-house designers video editors and/or external partners
Plan marketing calendars and track campaign performance across awareness engagement and business impact
Manage creative Social PR & influencer teams; collaborate closely with growth product and sales teams
Own brand budgets including content production and external partners
Requirements
Must-Have
5 years in Brand / Marketing roles
Experience running integrated brand campaigns (digital-first)
Strong content judgment (copy creative)
Experience working with and managing the copy team social media team designers video teams and agencies
Comfortable tracking KPIs and campaign performance
Consumer-obsessed commercially sharp and execution-focused

Qualifications: While formal education and qualifications are important we care mainly about your attitude your work ethic your desire to learn and your ability to fit into our existing team culture! Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and G-studio. Strong analytical written communication and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision making. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. You must be incredibly organized and process-driven with a strong eye for detail. Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their initiative.
