About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technology Manager to lead offshore development teams building AI and automation accelerators for US healthcare. This role requires strong UiPath technical expertise and experience managing distributed teams to deliver enterprise automation products in partnership with our Automation COE and UiPath.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage offshore development teams across multiple time zones
  
• Build mentor and develop high-performing automation engineers and developers
  
• Establish team processes best practices and development standards
  
• Manage resource allocation capacity planning and team performance
  

Technical Delivery

• Define technical architecture for automation accelerators using UiPath platform
  
• Ensure adherence to UiPath best practices and enterprise architecture standards
  
• Partner with Product Owner to translate product roadmap into technical execution
  
• Lead sprint planning and ensure on-time high-quality delivery
  
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for automation solutions
  
• Oversee code quality testing strategies and production deployments
  

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as technical liaison between US stakeholders and offshore teams
  
• Provide regular delivery updates and manage risks/dependencies
  
• Collaborate with UiPath technical teams on platform capabilities
  
• Present technical solutions to executive leadership
  

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 12 years of software development experience
  
• 5 years hands-on UiPath platform experience (Studio Orchestrator AI Center Document Understanding)
  
• Strong RPA development skills and automation design patterns
  
• Proficiency in programming (C# Python or )
  
• Experience with API integrations databases and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and version control (Git)
  

Leadership Experience

• 5 years managing technical teams preferably offshore/distributed
  
• Proven track record delivering complex automation projects to production
  
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
  
• Experience managing teams of 8-10 members
  

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath certifications (Advanced Developer Solution Architect)
  
• US healthcare domain experience especially Payor domain
  
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements
  
• Experience building reusable automation frameworks or accelerators
  
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR X12)

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field required
