- Design end-to-end user experiences for large-scale web and mobile banking platforms.
- Translate business objectives operational workflows and regulatory requirements into actionable user-focused design solutions.
- Build own and scale a bank-wide Design System to ensure consistency reusability and efficiency across teams.
- Maintain UX coherence and quality across all digital products and teams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Business Product Engineering Architecture Security and Compliance.
- Lead usability testing conduct UX reviews and manage design sign-offs to ensure high-quality delivery.

- 37 years of proven UX/Product Design experience with a focus on enterprise or BFSI applications.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and governing scalable Design Systems.
- Proficiency in Figma prototyping tools and comprehensive UX documentation.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and design-to-code workflows.
- Experience with HRMS systems is a plus.
- Self-starter with high ownership attention to detail and the ability to mentor others.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
