Job Summary
Job Opportunity Brand Promoter
We are seeking a dynamic energetic and customer-oriented Brand Promoter to represent and promote our exclusive mens innerwear brand (Trunks & Briefs) at the retail counter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales enhancing customer experience and strengthening brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell mens innerwear products at the assigned brand counter.
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in product selection.
Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing counter display.
Ensure proper accurate and attractive packing of all products.
Monitor stock availability and inform management about replenishment needs.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports before closing time.
Take complete ownership of counter operations and performance.
Actively engage customers to maximize walk-in conversions.
Follow company guidelines pricing policies and promotional strategies.
Support brand growth through consistent and ethical selling practices.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 8:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM 9:00 PM
Weekly Off: As per company policy
Essential Qualifications
Minimum educational qualification: 10th / 12th Pass (Preferred).
Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer handling.
Ability to read write and communicate in Tamil and basic English.
Willingness to work in flexible shifts and on weekends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused approach with sales orientation.
Good product presentation and demonstration skills.
Basic reporting and record-keeping ability.
Time management and discipline.
Problem-solving and customer complaint handling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
