Pay : HK$19764 HK$24023 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide support in store management and supplies related activities in the Supplies Department (including off-site store) such as:
- continuous stock level review
- order expediting
- stock-taking
- inventory records and voucher keeping
2. Assist in organizing and supervising the logistic of daily supply of store items.
3. Assist in goods receipt / inspection / distribution such as picking packing and delivery of store items to users of Hospital and SOPCs.
4. Assist in stock replenishment order expediting and arrangement for condemnation of unwanted items.
5. Assist in handling quality discrepancies of goods and product complaint product recall and materials management related activities.
6. Assist in monitoring of the smooth implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health System in the Department.
7. Assist in maintaining good housekeeping works store safety and security.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirement:
1. F.5 / S.5 with:
(i) HKCEE 5 passes incl. Eng & Chin; or
(ii) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in Eng & Chin; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects AND relevant experience / license; OR
2. Able to read and write Chinese speak fluent Cantonese and read write and speak simple English AND well experienced / relevant license

Preferable Attributes/ Exposure:
1. Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese.
2. Good PC skills such as Word (English and Chinese) PowerPoint Excel Access website management etc.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Be energetic creative self-motivated enthusiastic patient and able to work independently & within a team.
