Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong understanding of end-to-end digital marketing services and a proven ability to sell these offerings to clients. The ideal candidate will come from a digital marketing agency environment understand how digital campaigns are planned and executed and confidently translate client needs into the right solutions.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals preferably with experience in international markets
  • Sell a wide range of digital marketing services including but not limited to: SEO (On-page Off-page Technical SEO) Performance Marketing (Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads) Social Media Marketing & Management Content Marketing Graphic Designing PPC
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification discovery calls solutioning proposal creation negotiation and closure.
  • Understand client business goals and recommend the most suitable digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing strategy and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handovers.
  • Prepare customized proposals pricing and presentations based on client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Track leads opportunities and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends platforms and digital best practices.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in sales/business development within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of all major digital marketing channels.
  • Proven track record of selling digital marketing services and meeting revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to confidently conduct discovery and solutioning conversations with clients.
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce Zoho or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced agency environment.
