We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong understanding of end-to-end digital marketing services and a proven ability to sell these offerings to clients. The ideal candidate will come from a digital marketing agency environment understand how digital campaigns are planned and executed and confidently translate client needs into the right solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals preferably with experience in international markets
- Sell a wide range of digital marketing services including but not limited to: SEO (On-page Off-page Technical SEO) Performance Marketing (Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads) Social Media Marketing & Management Content Marketing Graphic Designing PPC
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification discovery calls solutioning proposal creation negotiation and closure.
- Understand client business goals and recommend the most suitable digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing strategy and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handovers.
- Prepare customized proposals pricing and presentations based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Track leads opportunities and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends platforms and digital best practices.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in sales/business development within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong hands-on understanding of all major digital marketing channels.
- Proven track record of selling digital marketing services and meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently conduct discovery and solutioning conversations with clients.
- Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce Zoho or similar).
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced agency environment.
