Job Summary

Key Account Sales Executive (Contract)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Executive to join our team on a contract basis in New Delhi India. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a proven track record in modern trade sales and a strong understanding of the Indian market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve key account objectives within the modern trade channel.
Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
Understand client needs and requirements and effectively communicate how our products and services can meet them.
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing operations) to ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends market activities and competitors.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (B.A.) in Business Marketing or a related field.
1 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales with a strong focus on Modern Trade sales.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve sales targets.
Excellent understanding of the Indian retail and modern trade landscape.
Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi Municipal Council Delhi 110055.
