Regional Sales Manager - Industrial Products
Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for driving growth in the industrial sector We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and expand our market reach within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plans conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities within the region.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers conduct client meetings and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor performance metrics providing regular MIS and operational reports to management.
- Coordinate with technical project and service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a strong distribution network (dealers distributors and agents) for industrial/metal products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- 6 10 years of experience in sales specifically within heavy engineering metals or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong exposure and network in the respective state market.
- Proven sales and distribution management experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills and proficiency in market analysis.
