Job Summary
Your Role:
- Coordinate and drive the rollout of new processes and our across countries in East Central Europe
- Change management
- Act as a key change management contributor to our ERP transformation project transitioning from an onpremise solution to a cloudbased version (IFS)
- Lead and shape change management initiatives that support strategic and organizational transformation
- Plan organize and facilitate workshops to align stakeholder build commitment and enable effective knowledge transfer
- Define document and maintain clear roles and responsibilities through RACI frameworks
- Act as the project lead on business-side for selected transformation initiatives ensuring smooth execution and user adoption
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- Experience contributing to transformation initiatives in international and/or complex project environments
- Strong understanding of project management and business transformation combined with a passion for driving meaningful change
- A proactive solutionoriented mindset with a high level of ownership and the ability to thrive in dynamic settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills paired with an international mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Proficiency in English and Polish; additional languages are a plus for you
