Business Development Representative (German & English)

Location: Krakow Poland (Hybrid)

Role Overview

In this role you will act as a trusted advisor focusing on maximizing sales opportunities and building sustainable customer relationships. You will utilize a consultative selling approach to identify and solve business technology needs within a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Cultivate existing customer relationships while establishing new long-term partnerships with a focus on revenue targets.

Consultative Selling: Identify sales opportunities for technology clients and deliver exceptional customer service.

Collaboration: Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational success.

Strategic Reporting: Report directly to the Operations Sales Manager and contribute to the overall success of the customer experience.

Daily Operations

Utilize brand knowledge and negotiation skills to handle objections rebuttals and close sales effectively.

Recommend quote and negotiate product solutions with a diverse client base ranging from Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs) to C-level executives.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Stay informed on the latest trends and developments within the technology industry.

Professional Requirements

Language Proficiency: High-level verbal and written proficiency in German (Minimum B2/C1) and English (Minimum B2).

Experience: 1 years of demonstrated experience in sales account development and closing deals.

Technical Aptitude: A foundational understanding of cloud-based software and technology solutions.

Competencies: A solution-oriented mindset strong communication skills and the ability to engage with high-level decision-makers.

Relocation: Currently residing in or able to relocate to the Krakow Poland area.
