Position Overview
The Office Clerk will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily office operations. This role is ideal for an organised detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a professional approach to client and internal support.
Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors and handle front-office reception duties in a professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls; take accurate messages

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries

Prepare file and maintain digital and physical documents and records
-
Maintain organised filing systems and ensure confidentiality of information

Perform data entry and update internal systems and spreadsheets
-
Assist with basic accounts and invoicing support
-
Coordinate meeting schedules and internal communications
-
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
-
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
Qualifications & Skills
-
Secondary education level (post-secondary in administration is an asset)
-
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Maltese an asset)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy
