Job Summary

Our client a leading organization in Maltas Hospitality & Leisure sector is seeking a Site Clerk to join their Projects Team. This role forms part of an exciting new development in St. Georges Bay a landmark destination featuring luxury residences renowned restaurants and an upscale shopping mall that will add significant value to the area.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities in line with project plans and specifications.
Monitor progress manage resources and equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide technical input and support to resolve design or construction challenges.
Oversee subcontractor work and conduct regular site inspections.
Maintain accurate records including progress reports site diaries and material logs.
Collaborate closely with project managers engineers architects and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within construction or project management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to work night shifts when required to oversee site activities.
