We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our on-site team in Umhlanga. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem-solving clear communication and working in a fast-paced international environment.

Youll be supporting customers through various channels ensuring a high-quality service experience while representing a globally recognized organization.

What Youll Do

Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently in German
Communicate internally in English with team members and supervisors
Resolve customer issues with empathy accuracy and attention to detail
Navigate customer support systems and document interactions correctly
Meet service quality productivity and compliance standards
Work rotational shifts in a 24/7 operation including weekends when required

What Were Looking For

German language proficiency (B2C2) written and spoken
Good command of English for internal communication
Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)
Customer service or call centre experience is advantageous (retail experience is also a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
Comfortable with rotational shifts
Basic computer skills and confidence using support tools
