Were hiring Customer Support Agents to work on an exciting global retail project supporting German-speaking customers while living in beautiful Umhlanga just minutes from the beach.

What youll be doing
- Support customers in German via phone email and chat
- Assist with orders deliveries returns and product questions
- Resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Meet quality standards and customer satisfaction KPIs
What were looking for
- German language level B2C2 (fluent)
- Good English communication skills
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid permission to work in South Africa
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Customer service or call center experience (retail experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Open to rotational shifts (including weekends)
- Basic computer literacy
