YOUR IMPACT
The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a critical role in enabling a high-performing SaaS marketing team through scalable processes reliable systems and strong operational guidance. This role will own campaign execution within Marketo support data hygiene and governance initiatives manage key marketing technologies and help ensure seamless lead lifecycle operations from acquisition through routing to sales development.
This person will partner closely with demand generation sales development content and operations teams to deliver high-quality campaign builds troubleshoot technical issues optimize workflows and maintain reporting consistency. They will also ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales by supporting program builds explaining operational processes and maintaining accurate attribution and tracking frameworksincluding UTM strategy and various martech integrations.
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
- Build QA and launch campaigns in Marketo including emails nurtures landing pages forms lists and program templates.
- Maintain scalable program architectures and ensure proper attribution setup.
- Manage lead scoring lifecycle stages and routing workflows in partnership with Revenue Operations.
- Troubleshoot automation or campaign issues ensuring timely resolution.
Marketing Technology & Integrations
- Support administration and daily operations of tools including Marketo Leandata Outreach and other components of the martech. Having experience in tools handling ABM efforts digital campaigns and third-party sourcing tools is preferred.
- Ensure integrations (especially Salesforce Marketo) function properly and data flows are accurate.
Data Hygiene & Governance
- Maintain data quality standards including normalization deduplication segmentation and enrichment.
- Monitor database health and proactively address data gaps or inconsistencies.
Lead Management & Operational Processes
- Support the full lead lifecycle across marketing and sales developmentincluding routing various data logic handoff routing and SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with SDR leadership to ensure clean handoffs accurate tracking and operational insights that improve performance.
- Provide clear documentation and operational guidance to help marketing and sales understand processes and best practices.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 24 years in marketing operations preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketo including program setup cloning frameworks tokens smart campaigns and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (Leads Contacts Accounts Opportunities Campaigns).
- Understanding of API connections enrichment tools and data management principles.
Operational Knowledge
- Solid understanding of lead lifecycle journeys program attribution and routing logic.
- Experience supporting and collaborating with Sales Development / SDR teams.
- Familiarity with attribution models UTM management and campaign tagging.
- Ability to translate operational concepts into clear explanations for non-technical marketing partners.
Analytical & Process Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues across systems and workflows.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining clean accurate data.
- Ability to create documentation playbooks and enablement materials for internal teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects meeting deadlines and partnering cross-functionally.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skillsboth technical and non-technical.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to partnering with marketing sales development and operations.
- Adaptability within a fast-moving SaaS environment.
