We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven BTL Marketing Executive to plan and execute ground-level marketing activities. The role involves organizing promotional events dealer activations customer engagement programs and brand visibility campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns (roadshows dealer meets exhibitions events etc.)
Coordinate with sales teams for lead generation activities
Organize product demonstrations and on-ground promotions
Manage vendor relationships and promotional materials
Ensure brand visibility at retail outlets and field locations
Track campaign performance and prepare reports
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Handle branding materials like banners standees pamphlets etc.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
MBA (Marketing) preferred
14 years of experience in BTL marketing / field marketing
Experience in events promotions or activation campaigns preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good planning and execution ability
Vendor management skills
Basic reporting and MS Excel knowledge
Willingness to travel frequently
