Responsibilities

• Update and maintain employee records in the HRM system ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Identify and correct inaccuracies or inconsistencies in the HRM system data to maintain the employee information

• Add new employee records ensuring all required fields are completed

• Assist with the preparation of HR-IT related communications and documentation

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives providing support in data-related tasks and activities.

• Understand the entire HR Operational ecosystem and each stage of the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program preferably in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with HRM systems.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Experience with database management is a plus.

• Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) is required and knowledge in German is a plus.

• Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking capabilities is required.

• Excellent communication presentation and organization skills.
