FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and scale BUSUPs global growth engine. You will own the strategy and execution of demand programs that turn market interest into a predictable revenue pipeline ensuring all global markets operate under a unified data-driven methodology.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Global Growth Strategy & Experimentation: Define the GTM strategy across all markets. Lead the global experimentation backlogtesting channels triggers and loopsto scale successful initiatives and optimize acquisition costs (CAC).
- Revenue Operations & Data Governance: Act as the global owner of HubSpot and funnel analytics. You will build the data models dashboards and CRM architecture (workflows lifecycle stages) required for confident forecasting and operational excellence.
- Market Enablement & Standardization: Empower local teams by creating the BUSUP way of selling. This includes developing playbooks messaging libraries and sales-enablement frameworks to ensure a consistent global approach to lead conversion.
- Full-Funnel Lifecycle & Reactivation: Drive engagement across the entire customer journey. Design automated nurturing sequences and reactivation loops to maximize the value of the existing database and increase pipeline velocity.
- Strategic Budgeting & ROI Performance: Manage global demand budgets and resource allocation. Monitor spend across markets to ensure investments are prioritized for high-performing channels maintaining a healthy balance between growth and profitability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Align Marketing Pre-Sales and Sales teams around unified KPIs. Guide regional leaders through quarterly planning to ensure every market hits its pipeline and revenue targets.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience: 4 years in B2B Demand Generation or GTM Strategy with a proven track record of scaling pipeline engines in international environments.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (CRM architecture and automation) and a deep understanding of funnel optimization and data modeling.
- Analytical Mindset: A results-oriented professional who lives in the data capable of identifying win/loss patterns and performance gaps to drive strategic decisions.
- Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across different countries and departments without direct authority.
- Languages: Native/Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Portuguese is a significant advantage.
