Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team in Green Baskit a healthy snack manufacturing company based in Isolo Lagos State. Were focused on producing African-inspired nutritious snack options made from real fruits nuts and wholesome ingredients.
Tasks
- Coordinate daily HR operations ensuring accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring compliance with company policies
- Support recruitment activities including interviewing and onboarding new staff
- Assist in managing employee benefits and other HR-related processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain a positive work environment
- Provide support to management in addressing employee relations issues
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee performance reviews and feedback systems
- Coordinate training and development programs for e
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or related role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proximity to Isolo and surulere Lagos is required
- Ability to work on site at Isolo
Benefits
Location: Isolo and Surulere Lagos
Isolo Salary Range: 150000 - 180000 per month
Surulere : 120000
