Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Global Gaming Technical Delivery team. This role manages complex technology projects across multiple locations ensuring successful delivery of initiatives that support gaming operations worldwide. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation proven project management expertise and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects providing structure discipline and accountability to ensure initiatives are delivered on time within scope and on budget. Key responsibilities include:

Define project scope objectives deliverables and timelines in alignment with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources effectively using tools such as Wrike MS Project and .
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Manage testing quality assurance defect tracking and validation of deliverables.
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate and contribute to PMO governance standards.
Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues promptly.
Provide regular status updates dashboards and executive summaries to stakeholders.
Manage release schedules deployment plans and compliance with change control processes.
Oversee project budgets vendor management and financial tracking.
Ensure understanding of technical components including databases virtual machines operating systems networking cloud and security principles.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Systems Engineering Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within IT or technology domains.
Proven experience managing IT projects related to data warehouse IT infrastructure or cloud platforms across multiple locations.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike MS Project or .
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience in regulated industries such as gaming or hospitality is a plus.
Strong organizational leadership analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience building or scaling PMO functions is a plus.
Comfortable working hybrid.
Comfortable in a temporary role.

Compensation & Benefits:

$60.00/hour paid weekly on Fridays.
