Association events news decisions and policy
and create all the Student Government Association graphic designing images and promotional materials.

the Directors programming and outreach
develop and maintain the Student Government Associations social media presence
i. Produce a regular newsletter
a working relationship with the Office of University Relations and Communications
and create al of the Student Government Associations graphic designing images and promotional material

and upload Bright Sign Presentations.
with fellow directors to plan events regarding campuswide observation days.
the Student Government Association Senate and the Executive Staff meetings
a minimum of 10 hours per week in the SGA Office or related work meeting on campus with the exception of Student Senate.
at a minimum of once near the end of each semester with the Executive Director to specifically discuss and document transitional material including semester accomplishments and helpful tips. Documentation must be typed emailed and stored in the Student Government Association email account as well as handed over for the next person in the role. Transitional materials must also include an updated list of contacts at the last meeting of the executives term.
