Annual Salary: $100000 - $115000

Quality & Risk Director Opportunity:

Full-time permanent direct-hire position
Selected Quality & Risk Director is eligible for quarterly bonuses
Great benefits including health/dental/vision coverages
Retirement plan with employer contribution available
Quality & Risk Director will lead department with 2 direct-reports and will report directly to the hospital CEO
The ideal Quality & Risk Director candidate must have extensive previous experience with The Joint Commission surveys/accreditation processes within a hospital setting

Quality & Risk Director Qualifications:

Must possess a bachelors degree in healthcare or alike field
Must have at least 4-5 years of hospital-specific Quality and/or Risk Management experience
