Job Summary
Position Overview:
The FP&A role is responsible for supporting the CFO and CEO offices with financial planning forecasting management
reporting and decision support across the organization. The position involves building financial models analyzing business
performance and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
The role requires advanced MS Excel skills strong financial modeling capabilities and the ability to work independently on strategic and ad-hoc financial initiatives.
Exposure to ERP systems and experience in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment will be an added advantage.
Technical Know How: Advanced level of MS Excel skills Financial modelling experience is a must. Hands on experience on
any ERP system will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with CFO and CEO offices on strategic initiatives across the organization and Management Reporting
needs of the business
Actively participate and lead CFO office initiatives on creating a best-in-class financial decision support system
running special projects e.g. finance automation cost optimization revenue leakage process improvement etc.
Responsible for monthly MIS management reporting pack and business finance activities
Preparation of financial models board reporting decks data packs for various reporting needs and investment
opportunities.
First point of connect for P&L owners business leaders and company leadership on all financial reporting aspects
Assist leadership in developing various revenue/pricing and business models as per emerging needs of the business
Ad-hoc request management on FP&A business finance and management facing MIS
Work closely with controller ship function of the company to consolidate and publish monthly results
Responsible for monthly P&L reviews with business leaders KPIs/performance management and business metrics
tracking/reporting thereof.

Should possess advanced level of MS Excel skills

Ability to manage senior stakeholders (e.g. C suite board members P&L owners) work with people across various

Ability to work as an individual contributor
Knowledge or prior experience of IT services industry data analytics AI/ML based solutions business
Education
CA/equivalent or MBA from a reputed business school
Required Skills:
Any Degree with proven experience with SAP Business One. Hands-on experience with bank integration (API or Host-to-Host). Proficiency in SQL and experience with Crystal Reports or SAP B1 reporting tools. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
