Job Summary

Manage and maintain the trade capture system - to ensure that all tanks/trucks movements are promptly and accurately reflected
Manage the inventory system to keep track of oil stocks intank/petrol kiosks tanks
Process / issue invoices covering sales / purchases
Time permitting hands on experience on back office / credit / operational matters
Other admin functions

Qualifications :

Minimum A Level / Polytechnic Diploma
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply must be willing to learn
PC literate
Detailed orientated and meticulous
Team player
