Job Summary
- Lead and oversee all procurement activities using purchasing softwear including sourcing supplier evaluation purchasing workflows and approval processes
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that support operational needs and organisational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers negotiate contracts pricing and service terms
- Analyse purchasing data monitor trends and propose costsaving initiatives
- Manage supplier performance conduct regular evaluations and ensure SLAs are met
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to forecast needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies internal controls and audit requirements
- Coach and mentor procurement team members to achieve high performance
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems
Qualifications :
- Degree in Supply Chain Business Logistics or a related field
- Minimum 57 years of procurement experience including leadership responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with FutureLog is preferred
- Strong strategic thinking negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with additional ERP systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
