Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist (20-22 triệu VNĐ)
Working Location: Van Trung Industrial Park Bac Giang
1. Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and further develop the Companys existing customer base.
- Coordinate with relevant departments in the Factory to ensure customer requirements are met in terms of product quality and delivery schedule.
- Prepare and submit reports as required for the role.
2. Job Requirements
- University degree in any major.
- 13 years of experience in a similar position or experience working in a factory in customer-facing roles (such as Customer Service Sales or Project Manager).
- Able to use both English and Chinese in daily work.
- Personal qualities: proactive flexible and adaptable.
3. Benefits
- Working time: Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month.
- 13th-month salary (based on business performance but guaranteed).
- Social insurance contribution starting from the probation period with a contribution base equivalent to 6070% of total salary.
- Annual seniority bonus and year-end bonus.
