Job Summary
Role Snapshot
- Location: Quang Ngai Vietnam on-site

- Team scope: Individual contributor with team supervision support
Role Purpose & Success Outcomes
Purpose: Own fabric quality performance across suppliers and internal processes.
- Fabric defect rates are reduced
- Supplier performance is evaluated and improved
- Fabric inspection documentation is consistent and accurate
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve fabric quality issues
- Implement preventive measures to reduce defects
- Assess and evaluate fabric suppliers
- Train and support fabric quality teams
- Review and communicate fabric test results
Candidate Profile
- Technical education in Textile Technology or equivalent
- Strong woven fabric knowledge for functional wear
- Ability to interpret test reports and explain issues clearly
- English proficiency required
