- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and retention.
- Negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms for Sika.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for both yourself and your team.
- Manage the sales cycle including generating quotes processing orders and handling customer correspondence.
- Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers.
- Assist with credit control activities
- Manage assigned projects according to your Line Managers direction.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports sales forecasts and other required planning documents.
- Work effectively with colleagues and other departments to achieve shared goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Line Manager (South Sales Manager)
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information and documentation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Construction/Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 3-4 years of experience Technical Sales in the building materials or chemical industry
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Vietnamese speaking with good English language skills.
