Our client is a publicly traded enterprise software company operating in the HR technology and workforce management industry one of the fastest-growing software markets globally. Their platform delivers mission-critical SaaS solutions that power payroll HR talent management and workforce operations for businesses at scale.

This is a career-defining Account Executive role designed for high-performing sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential elite sales training and direct access to C-suite decision-makers.

What Youll Do

  • Drive net-new business acquisition across mid-market to enterprise accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
  • Prospect and develop accounts with 50 employees within your assigned territory
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through in-person meetings and strategic outreach
  • Close new business and support clients through the go-live phase

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of a complex enterprise SaaS platform
  • Travel up to 25% (including overnight travel when required)

Compensation & Rewards

  • Base supplemental pay: $100000 total

  • Uncapped commission

  • 1st-year OTE: $180000

  • 2nd-year OTE: $412000

  • Top 15% performers: $800K$1M annually

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree (Business or Professional Selling preferred)

  • Proven success in competitive fast-paced B2B sales environments

  • Track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles

  • Strong consultative selling presentation and closing skills

  • Highly self-motivated organized and results-driven mindset

Tools & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Outlook)

  • Strong communication time management and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage a high-velocity pipeline
