We are looking for a motivated HR Summer Intern to join our People team for a 12-week internship (JuneSeptember 2026).
This role is ideal for students who are interested in people culture communications and how internal messaging helps shape employee experience in a global organization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support internal communications initiatives across the People (HR) team.
- Help draft edit and format internal announcements newsletters and updates.
- Assist with planning and coordinating internal campaigns events and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams across HR Talent DEI and Business Operations.
- Help maintain internal communication channels and documentation.
- Contribute ideas to improve employee engagement and internal storytelling.
- Participate in team meetings learning sessions and intern program activities.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Communications Psychology Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive curious mindset with a strong interest in people and culture
- Interest in technology-driven or global businesses is a plus.
