We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Corporate Office in Independence LA. Our company owns and operates multiple grocery stores and pharmacies throughout South Louisiana and Mississippi. This role is essential in supporting daily operations across multiple locations teams and departments.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scanning and organizing documents
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Filing and general administrative support
- Assisting Accounting Payroll and HR departments as needed
- Maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive information
Qualifications
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Schedule
- 24 hours per week
- Preferred schedule: Monday Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Monday availability is required
- Remaining schedule may be flexible and discussed during hiring
Compensation
- Compensation is DOE (Dependent on Experience)
